Terms of Use
Last updated November 4, 2026
Business Reviews 365 (businessreviews365.com) is operated by TradeStream Marketing Corp. By using the service as a business, a tech or a customer, you agree to these terms.
What the service does
It lets a business invite a customer to leave a Google review after a completed job. The customer enters their own feedback, can use an AI-assisted draft of that feedback, and posts it on Google from their own phone. We are not affiliated with Google and cannot post, edit or remove Google reviews.
Rules for businesses and techs
- Real customers after real jobs only. Owners, employees, techs, their friends and family must not post reviews through the service.
- No review gating. Every customer gets the same invitation whatever their rating. You must not screen customers by satisfaction or send unhappy customers elsewhere.
- No incentives. You must not offer discounts, gifts, prizes, refunds or anything of value in exchange for a review or for a particular rating.
- Honest confirmation. A tech confirms a request only after seeing the customer post their review.
- First eligible customer. When a location has a daily limit, the tech offers the code to the first eligible customer of the day, not only to customers they expect to be happy.
- The customer's own phone. A tech must never hand their own device to a customer or post on a customer's behalf.
- No pressure. A customer can decline, and can write anything truthful they like.
- Tech rewards. If you reward techs, base it on requests completed, never on star ratings.
- Authority. You confirm you own or are authorized to manage each Google Business Profile you add.
We may suspend a business, location or tech that breaks these rules. You remain responsible for following Google's review policies and consumer protection law, including the FTC's rules on reviews and testimonials.
Rules for customers
- Only post a review if you were a customer of the business.
- The draft is a starting point based on the service you picked and anything you typed. Edit it so it is accurate, and only post what reflects your own experience.
- You are the author of what you post on Google.
What the numbers mean
The service counts "requests completed": a customer went to Google and the tech confirmed it. It does not verify with Google that a review was posted, and it does not promise any number of reviews, rating or search ranking. Daily limits are a pacing setting chosen by the business, not a figure published by Google.
Pilot
The service is in a pilot. Features can change, and it is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent the law allows, TradeStream Marketing Corp is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including actions Google takes on a profile or a review.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, with venue in Broward County, Florida.
