Turn finished jobs into Google reviews.
Your tech shows a QR code when the job is done. The customer scans it with their own phone, taps the service you did, and posts their review on Google. No apps to install and no awkward asking.
Works on any phone. Nothing for the customer to download.
How it works
Three steps, about a minute, right at the customer's door.
The tech opens the app
They see the Google profiles you assigned them, each with a live counter for today, and tap one to show its QR code.
The customer scans
On their own phone they tap the service you did for them, and can add a sentence in their own words.
They post on Google
AI writes a short draft about that service. They can change any of it, copy it, and Google's review page opens for them to paste it and choose their stars.
For the office
One place to run review requests across every location and every tech.
Assign profiles to techs
Decide which Google Business Profiles each tech can use. Subs who work for several companies see only what you assign.
A daily pace per location
Set how many requests a location can complete per day. The counter is enforced on the server and resets at midnight local time.
Points and monthly growth
Give each profile a point value, then see requests and points by company, location and tech for any dates. Techs are never ranked on star ratings.
Played by the rules
Reviews only help when they are real. Business Reviews 365 is built around the rules review platforms and regulators set.
- Real customers after real jobs. No staff, friends or family.
- Every rating goes to Google. Unhappy customers are never steered somewhere private.
- The customer decides. The draft is a starting point about the service that was done. They can change every word or write their own, and they choose the stars on Google.
- No incentives. No discounts, gifts or prizes in exchange for a review.
- The customer's own phone. Repeat devices are flagged for the office.
- Honest numbers. We count requests completed. Only Google knows what was posted.
