Privacy Policy

Business Reviews 365 (businessreviews365.com) is operated by TradeStream Marketing Corp. It helps a business invite a customer to leave a Google review after a job. This policy explains what we collect and why.
If you scanned a QR code as a customer
- What you enter. The service you pick and anything you type are sent to our server only to write your draft. We do not store the note you typed.
- AI drafting. Your input is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to write a short draft about the service that was done. You can change any of it or write your own, and nothing is posted unless you paste it into Google and post it yourself. We keep the draft text and the text you copied with the record of your visit, so the business can check its reviews and so no two drafts are the same.
- A session record. We keep a record that a scan happened: which business location, which technician showed the code, the time, and whether you tapped Copy and Next.
- Device and region. To spot fake or repeated requests we store a one-way, salted hash made from your IP address and browser type, and a coarse region (country, state and city) from your network. We do not collect precise location, and we do not ask for your name, phone number or email.
- Google. When you tap Next, Google's review page opens. What you post there is between you and Google and is covered by Google's own policies. We cannot see whether you posted.
If you are a tech or an admin
We store your name, your sign-in email and a count of the review requests completed with your QR codes. Sign-in is handled by our database provider.
How we use information
- To run the service: show the right profiles, enforce each location's daily limit, and report monthly totals to the business.
- To prevent abuse, such as the same device completing several requests.
- We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
Who processes data for us
- Vercel (website hosting and network logs)
- Supabase (database and sign-in)
- Anthropic (AI drafting of the text you enter)
Cookies
Customers who scan a code get no cookies from us. Techs and admins get a sign-in cookie so they stay logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
Session records are kept while the business uses the service so its monthly reports stay accurate, and are deleted on request or when the business leaves.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us. Because we do not collect names from customers, tell us the business and the date of your visit so we can find the record.
Children
The service is for adults who hired a business. It is not directed at children under 13.
